Medical Directors – Work closely with you and your personal physician. They are highly skilled in pain and symptom management, and strive to meet your comfort needs.
Nurses – Offer clinical expertise. Our RNs and LVNs manage physical symptoms in consultation with the physician. They provide education on a variety of care needs.
Home Health Aides – Tend to your personal care requirements. HHAs enhance quality of life and maintain dignity through a variety of services, including bathing, grooming, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Social Workers – Facilitate understanding and coping with the many emotions you may experience during this difficult time. They are also available to assist in identifying and referring accessing community services and financial resources.
Spiritual Care Coordinators – Provide an avenue to address spiritual beliefs and concerns. Spiritual counseling is provided either directly or by coordinatong services in the community.
Bereavement Counselors – Support, education, and counseling can be given to navigate your grief and assist in accessing community support. Services are available for 13 months following a loved one’s death.
Volunteers – Augment hospice care in many ways, including listening, respite for caregivers, running errands, reading, providing a sympathetic ear and just being a friend.
